Publicado el 7/8/2025. Come Aboard the Ghana Team! The Production Manager is responsible for the management of food production and all food production processes and systems. He/she is responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of all the industrial production processes and must organize and control production in the department to ensure efficiency, on-time delivery, within budget and required standard(s) of all products. He/she has the responsibility of maintaining high standards in the Production department and must follow organizational directives and policies to achieve the highest customer satisfaction through the consistent production of safe and quality meals, and the improvement of material efficiency and good employee morale. He/She must ensure on-time performance and effectiveness of all the sections in the Production department through defined and documented meal Production plans, procedures, controls and personnel management, whilst respecting the set values, standards, and norms of the Company, and guaranteeing strict application of all required QHSE and HACCP/CCP procedure in ensuring food safety.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a degree in any food and/or Production Industry related discipline with emphasis on Management and Food techniques.
  • Additional professional certification in Management is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Catering and Production Management.
  • Very good communication skills (oral and written communication in English).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
  • Analytical with a process approach based on data and problem solving.
  • Good decision-making and leadership skills, and interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Must possess consistent leadership capabilities. Must possess consistent people and resources management capabilities.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in related field or a large catering industry.
