Job Description

You join the Information Systems Department of Natixis Interépargne (NIE) as a Product Owner on our "Enterprise Space" product. This tool allows our "Enterprise" clients in France and abroad to manage their employee savings and retirement schemes by offering several functionalities. It allows the configuration and monitoring of their processing, the passage of operations, as well as the tracking of billing. In addition, it offers the visualization of statistics regarding their devices and provides financial information about the funds.

On a daily basis, your missions are to :

• Participate with the other Product Owners of the IT department in the company’s transversal projects;
• Be the entry point for the IT department regarding the business demands of the functional scope, under its responsibility, while ensuring the excellence of the relationship between the IT department and the company’s businesses;
• Present to the COMEX of NIE with the business stakeholders, the framing of the projects to be launched;
• Organize within a team of about 8 people, operating in an agile method, development and support work on the scope concerned;
• Bring the IT department’s commitments within its area of responsibility and ensure that projects proceed smoothly in compliance with defined indicators;

Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the continuous improvement of working methods within the IT department.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

About you :

With a higher education, you have a first successful experience in similar positions, preferably within the banking or insurance world.

You master :

• Work in agile method (Scrum);
• IT project management, both front and back.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are :

• Able to apprehend new activities, new tools (AI), products, organizations, regulatory environments;
• Rigorous and autonomous in your work, with great curiosity and responsiveness;
