• Collaborate with IT and non-IT teams to ensure process consistency.
• Proactively contribute to change management and user support.
• Assist in managing the partnership with Microsoft.

You will join the Collaboration & Power Platform team reporting to the Modern Work division of the IT Department alongside the Identity Endpoint and User Support teams. You will work directly with the team manager as well as Microsoft 365 technical experts.

3>Your main responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational maintenance of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Help draft monitor and evolve the teams roadmap.
• Identify trends resulting from technological developments to design improvement plans.
• Actively monitor the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for technological advancements.
• Analyze user practices to propose governance solutions and cost optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with other IT and non-IT teams to ensure process consistency.
• Proactively contribute to change management and user support initiatives.
• Assist in managing the partnership with Microsoft and participate in early access programs.
• Communicate effectively in both French and English in writing and verbally.

Profile sought

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelors or Masters degree (Bac4 / 5) in IT or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Relevant experience in a similar role (internship apprenticeship or employment).
