You will be in charge of

  • Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content
  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
  • Communication with customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBUs
  • Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analysts
  • Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
  • Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services and management
  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with open communication
  • Motivate, guide and support peers throughout the organization

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Science, or Engineering, or equivalent program (e.g., physician with additional studies in Medical Informatics)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support
  • Market knowledge in healthcare IT
  • Self-motivated product manager who aims to optimize results for customers
  • Strong analytical capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (Scrum)
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player

Desirable Requirements

  • Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude
