Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic junior Product Manager to join our innovative product‑management team at Symphony Communications. This role is ideal for someone looking to build knowledge of financial services who already has a background in product management and/or software development.

Responsibilities
  • Become an active member of the team and work with senior product managers to help define the product strategy for Market Solutions.
  • Plan and execute enhancement projects in conjunction with the senior product manager.
  • Work with sales and client‑facing teams on product implementations where required.
  • Work with the AI Model Development team to deliver improvements to our AI products.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support—to ensure product objectives are met.
  • Participate in agile development processes as a hands‑on Product Manager embedded in the scrum team.
  • Help track product performance metrics and leverage insights for strategic planning and improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and external partners, to gather feedback and promote adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Ideally experience in product management roles within enterprise technologies.
  • Ideally experience in managing product lifecycles from inception to market launch and beyond.
  • Good technical background, ideally with working knowledge of cloud‑based software solutions.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work with remote teams across London, New York and Vietnam.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
