What You’ll Do

As Senior Product Manager you’ll play a key role in designing, launching, driving, and scaling our new card program. Reporting directly to VP of Banking Sebastian Akselsen, you’ll partner closely with an Engineering Manager and other stakeholders across the business, and help take the lead on building a strong and coherent cross‑functional team from scratch.

Your mission :
  • Build this from the ground up: Establish the cards product team and help set the vision, processes, and culture.
  • Lead successful launch of card programme: Lead the integration to our card processor and ensure we launch our own issued cards to our customers.
  • Drive product discovery & delivery: Identify customer needs, define solutions, and deliver solutions with speed and impact.
  • Own card operations: Ensure robust integrations with external card processor, manage incidents, and ensure stable system performance.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration: Work and communicate with several stakeholders to ensure our card payments run smoothly and deliver real user value.
  • Shape our cards strategy: Build deep expertise in the cards domain, stay on top of industry trends, and translate them into opportunities for us, by looking into data, building dashboards, etc.
Milestones you’ll drive :
  • 3 months: The mission is to build a strong team and build the foundation within cards interacting with our core banking system, enabling us to issue our own cards across all our core markets in time.
  • 6 months: you have succeeded in launching our own card programme in one of our core markets.
  • 1–2 years: Our cards are issued across the markets.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone ambitious, curious, and eager to deep dive into this area of the business. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, care deeply about stability and operations, and love connecting complex tech with real customer value.

Must-have skills & experience :
  • 3–5 years in Product Management (banking / fintech is of course a strong plus).
  • Proven expertise in Product Discovery, Delivery, and Data Analysis.
  • Experience in cards, payments, or banking infrastructure is a plus.
  • Comfortable navigating an ambiguous environment where not everything is given up front.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and product / tech interdependencies.
  • Experience managing incidents / bugs and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English. French, Danish or German is a plus.
