The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in building crypto lending products, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of risk management in crypto. This remote role allows for flexibility across time zones and positions you at the forefront of DeFi. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with engineering, design, and data teams to shape industry-standard products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping products in Crypto Lending or Trading.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi.
• Experience working with large institutions in DeFi or Traditional Finance.
• Understanding of technical web development fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Set the product vision and strategy for the Prime Products vertical.
• Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders' needs.
• Understand the wider crypto lending space and market trends.
• Shape products for managing risk and exposure.
• Work with Engineering teams to deliver new products.
