Overview

Product Lead DeFi Lending

A fast-growing decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol managing billions in supplied assets and backed by leading global investors is looking for a Product Lead to drive the development of its Prime Products vertical. The company is expanding rapidly and establishing itself as a cornerstone of the next generation of internet-native financial systems.

In this role you will collaborate with engineering, design, data, and protocol teams to shape the product strategy, launch innovative solutions, and empower advanced users and institutions to interact seamlessly with decentralized lending products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for the Prime Products line.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, industry-leading products.
• Build a deep understanding of the protocol, its stakeholders, and their needs.
• Analyze the wider lending ecosystem (both centralized and decentralized) to identify opportunities.
• Shape the tools that curators, institutions, and advanced users rely on to manage risk and exposure.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience building and launching products in crypto lending, trading, or related financial domains.
• Strong grasp of web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, integrations).
• Solid knowledge of risk management and trade execution in crypto / DeFi markets.
• Experience working with institutions, funds, or capital allocators in finance or DeFi.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver products from 0 to 1.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
