A leading cloud service provider in France is looking for a Product Documentation Manager. This role involves leading a team to ensure high-quality, consistent documentation. You will cooperate with various teams and oversee documentation processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical writing and project management, along with excellent communication skills in English and French. Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Product team with a Product Documentation Manager to lead the evolution of our documentation ecosystem (https://www.scaleway.com/en/docs/).
Your mission will be to guarantee the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of Scaleway’s documentation and learning content, in order to ensure that our customers and internal teams benefit from clear, accurate, and scalable knowledge resources.

You will be part of a team of 8 people (5 Technical Writers, 2 UX Designers, 1 Learning Program Manager) working on technical documentation, user experience, and training.
This role is highly transversal: you will interact daily with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams.
