Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Contributing to the creation of Edge Product Strategy, especially for MCU products.
  2. Engaging with internal lines of business to understand and write requirements for Edge Products based on MCU hardware.
  3. Being accountable for the roadmap of Edge Products for MCU hardware.
  4. Collaborating with Product Owners to create and communicate the product roadmap.
  5. Strategically prioritizing requirements.
  6. Providing content for product marketing, including launch events, pricing models, communication materials, and sales enablement tools.
  7. Working with key account managers to drive product adoption.
  8. Understanding end customers through direct and indirect engagement.
  9. Staying updated on competition and market movements related to edge computing.

Your profile:

  1. Master's degree in a technical field or Business Administration.
  2. At least 10 years of experience, including technical knowledge of Embedded Execution Environment and Edge System management, especially for MCU hardware and product management.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior executives.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to work in a matrix organization, navigating complex environments and ambiguity.
  6. Results-driven mindset.
  7. Project management experience.
  8. Intrapreneurial or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
  9. Experience interacting directly with end customers is a strong plus.
  10. Strategic product acumen with a demonstrated ability to define successful business strategies in complex environments.
  11. Experience with end-to-end product delivery leveraging global teams.
  12. Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or Kanban is advantageous.
  13. Knowledge in Power Management, Building Management, Sustainability, or Industrial Automation is highly desired.

Willingness to travel to India once every two months.
