As an Event Project Manager you’ll play a key role in Kactus international expansion and ensure our clients satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage your clients event requests : You’ll handle client inquiries and guide them throughout the entire booking process to deliver an unforgettable experience from briefing and commercial follow-up to contacting suppliers negotiating offers and finalizing bookings.
• Build long-term client relationships : You’ll develop strong lasting relationships with your clients ensuring their satisfaction before and after the booking turning them into loyal Kactus ambassadors within their companies.

Requirements

Focus on Portugal.

Excellent Portuguese and English skills are required; French is a plus.

You can be based anywhere - full remote accepted.
