Join our global Human Resources team as a People Development & Engagement Specialist!
Reporting to the People Development, Talent, and Engagement Director, you will play a critical role in managing various programs, projects, and initiatives to advance employee development, talent management and support employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, enabling them to see beyond immediate tasks to anticipate implications, interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Core responsibilities:
- People Development Program Manager for several programs including Coaching, Mentorship, 360, and select leadership programs in collaboration with HR colleagues, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Engage with participants, review and evaluate program metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Support company-wide engagement survey process in partnership with Engagement Director to drive actionable improvements and initiatives. Participate in survey planning, execution and action planning; prepare and deliver reports, presentations and communications.
- Leverage and evolve internal learning resources to provide adapted solutions and development; via learning management system (LMS) and/or partnering with external training providers and institutions.
- Manage budget for assigned programs, as well as relationships and contracts with external vendors and institutions for program deliveries.
- Review and evaluate training programs, workshops and learning resources in alignment with global strategy.
- Support the People Review process to identify and develop Talent across the organization.
- Participate in design, implementation and change management focused on evolving Talent and Performance Management within the organization.
- Partner with the Communications team to create relevant internal campaigns.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
- 5 years+ as an HR generalist or specialist with specific experience in Talent Management
- Demonstrated project management and program management experience
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and experience with evidence-based approaches
- Good judgement, team player, ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build a remote network, working within a global and culturally diverse HR team
- Self-motivated and agile; ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
Preferred
- Experience with Workday will be considered an asset, specifically Talent Management capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate messages from employee to Board levels
