Global Payroll Operations Partner (x/f/m)
What you’ll do
Doctolib is hiring a Global Payroll Partner based in Paris to join our Global Payroll team. You will be responsible for payroll activities in our Finance department, improving our ecosystem of Payroll tools and processes, and contributing to the employee experience across our European entities (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, etc.).
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Being the point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll calculations and internal policies, acting as a strong business partner for our Doctolibers.
- Managing the monthly end-to-end payroll process, including coordination of salary payments and statutory taxes.
- Creating payroll reports, statistics, and presentations.
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on payroll projects, such as time and attendance management, Workday payroll interface, and process improvements, especially for Germany.

You could be our next teammate if you:
- Have knowledge of accounting and labor law.
- Have 2-5 years of experience, including apprenticeships.
- Are interested in addressing labor law questions and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Are enthusiastic about transformation projects and continuous process improvements using HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, ADP Celergo).
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented, service-minded approach.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
