Overview

Job Title: Operations Manager - HV Substation (Data Center Construction)

Location: Paris, France

Contract Type: Contractor (Full-Time, Monday to Friday)

Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Extension Possible)

This is a critical role during a key project phase, requiring a qualified professional to operate, monitor, and maintain HV and MV (medium voltage) equipment, and ensure safe and coordinated energy delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HV/MV electrical equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
• Ensure continuous coordination with the French transmission system operator (RTE) or local utility (EdF) to meet the energy needs of the data center during commissioning.
• Carry out diagnostic activities, identify faults or anomalies, and perform rapid interventions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain strict compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience as a "Chargé d'exploitation" or similar operational role involving work with RTE or EdF.
• Must hold NF C 18-510 certifications: H2V, B2V, HC, BC.
• Hands-on expertise with HV and MV systems in industrial or infrastructure environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly and independently in high-pressure situations.
