This firm dedicated for selling and distribution of pharmaceutical / dermo-cosmetics products across various therapeutic areas is looking for a :

Regional Business Manager F / M - Southern Europe / Africa / Middle East

Position based in Paris

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Manager to oversee our distribution channels and drive business growth within the African, Southern Europe & Middle East markets. Based in Paris, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, achieving sales and profit targets, implementing marketing strategies, and identifying new growth opportunities. The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales and profit targets for assigned territories, contributing to overall EMEA performance.
  • Distributor Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring their effectiveness in managing existing portfolios, launching new products, and marketing our portfolio.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute marketing strategies for key brands in the Southern Europe, Middle East, and African region in collaboration with the Global Marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategies.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to balance short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Strategic Growth Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, including e-commerce, new product development, and business expansion within assigned territories.
  • Commercial Strategy & Planning: Support strategic planning, contributing to annual budgeting, long-range planning, and brand planning processes.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive efficiency improvements and adopt new technologies and effective working methods, such as improved partnership structures and digital technology.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain effective communication and alignment with internal stakeholders to enhance overall team and company performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business activities, products, and materials comply with local regulations to mitigate business risks.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education: Degree in International Trade, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in OTC, Pharma, or Medical Devices.
  • Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Proven success in managing distributor relationships and partnerships within a healthcare commercial environment.

Salary package: very interesting fixed part + bonus
