A luxury goods company located in Courbevoie is seeking a Project Manager for the Omnichannel team to drive projects in omnichannel transformation. You will collaborate with Digital, Retail, CRM, and IT to enhance customer engagement and optimize performance. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and has a minimum of 3 years in the Retail or Luxury industry, with strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Description du poste
Position

As part of the Digital & Omnichannel department, you will support the Omnichannel team in implementing new projects part of the omnichannel transformation and optimizing the performance and business impacts of existing omnichannel services. You will collaborate with Digital, Retail, CRM and IT teams across HQ and regional levels. You will identify and analyze emerging trends and opportunities to improve omnichannel performance and customer engagement.

Job responsibilities
  • Participate in the design of new omnichannel initiatives across various business areas, focusing on end‑to‑end processes on a 360° vision, defining seamless customer journeys.
  • Define detailed functional requirements in collaboration with Product Managers in an agile organization.
  • Manage projects effectively, maintaining a detailed project plan to ensure all key milestones are achieved on time.
  • Provide sponsors with clear and consistent updates on the status of initiatives, proactively managing alerts and escalating risks when necessary.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions and product categories to identify areas for optimization in collaboration with key stakeholders at central and local level (mainly Digital & Omnichannel, Retail performance and CRM teams).
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly Omnichannel performance reviews with regional teams, ensuring data accuracy. Analyze key market trends and support local stakeholders to create actionable improvement plans.
  • Track and analyze Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and client feedback to identify both risks and opportunities to improve the DIOR Omnichannel customer experience.
Services Optimization & Benchmarks
  • Conduct “ad‑hoc” studies and benchmarks in partnership with the Data team to provide insights and support regional teams in addressing specific challenges.
  • Analyze existing services to identify and propose concrete optimization strategies.
  • Assist with the implementation of services updates and Omnichannel tool configurations.
Profile
  • Master’s degree in Business, Digital, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the Retail or Luxury industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English to enable effective collaboration within an international team.
  • Highly organized and self‑motivated with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Passionate about customer experience and digital innovation.
