A major medical technology company is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for their True Valvuloplasty platform in France. This role involves building a high-performing sales team, executing marketing strategies, and achieving double-digit sales growth in a strategic market. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in related fields and strong leadership skills.
Lead BD’s commercial strategy for the True Valvuloplasty platform in France. Build a high‑performing team, expand presence in TAVI centres, and position France as a key market for balloon valvuloplasty.
We are looking for an exceptional commercial leader to take ownership of BD’s direct go‑to‑market transformation for Structural Heart in France, starting with our rapidly growing True Valvuloplasty platform.
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and executing the sales strategy in one of the most strategic and high‑potential markets in Europe. Your mandate: develop France into a reference country for Valvuloplasty by establishing a high‑performing team, expanding our reach in TAVI centres, and securing BD’s footprint in the balloon valvuloplasty segment.
We’re looking for someone who can blend strategy and execution, inspire talent, and make True one of BD’s top‑selling and growth drivers in France.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, or Cardiac Surgery
France is one of the most strategic markets for Peripheral Intervention and for TAVI in Europe, and valvuloplasty plays a growing role in the TAVI care pathway. With the TAVI procedure volume expanding at high single digit annually, and expected to double over the next decade, balloon‑based solutions like True are becoming increasingly relevant.
This role is critical to accelerate our footprint in this space and shape BD’s position in one of the fastest‑evolving segments of interventional therapy.
