You have previous experience with :

• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Active Directory technologies.
• Experience in designing M365 architectures.
• Experience in leading technical projects and associated resources.
• Certification in at least one of the following: MS700, MS102, AZ800 / 801, SC300.
• Proficiency in English and French communication for effective work in an international context.
• You are passionate about modern and robust infrastructures.
• You are able to work effectively in a team in an international context.
• You have a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.
• You place quality and customer needs at the centre of your work.
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in an international environment (English and French).

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategies: facilitate the efficient and secure transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, or Active Directory solutions, while optimizing user collaboration and productivity.
• Lead the design, installation, and configuration of the company's technological architecture.
• Steer onshore & offshore consultant teams through the Planning, Analysis, Design, Construction, and Testing phases.
• Apply your technical expertise and consulting skills to guide clients and create solutions tailored to their needs.
• Contribute to the development of client relationships and the creation of business proposals.
• Be a reference in your field of expertise.
• Develop expertise within the technical community through in-depth sessions, articles, and internal training, thus shining both inside and outside of Avanade.
