We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist and Team Lead (M/F) to join and strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to medical information inquiries in French, English, and Dutch.
• Handle inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), consumers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
• Be available for on-call duties to address needs outside regular working hours when required.

Profile

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Information or similar roles, such as interacting with HCPs or consumers professionally.
• Education:
  • Strong scientific background (e.g., degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields).
• Language Skills:
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (both written and spoken).
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Comfortable speaking with HCPs over the phone, providing accurate and professional responses.
  • Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations, including crises and managing complaints from dissatisfied individuals.
  • A calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with software tools and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
• Personal Qualities:
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
