A leading content agency in Paris is seeking a Medical Copywriter to develop pharmaceutical copy across various digital and print assets. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in promotional content development for the pharma industry and a degree in health science or communications. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in pharma marketing or copywriting.
  • Degree/diploma in health science or communications is required.
  • Experience with both print and digital assets in pharma.

What you’ll do
  • Scope – The primary responsibility for this role is to develop and update copy for various pharmaceutical commercial assets, with an added focus on omnichannel digital implementation.
  • Writing standards – You should adhere to the local MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) standard and should be able to facilitate our client’s internal approval process. Best practice of commercial medical writing to be followed.
  • Asset Types covered – Commercial assets ranging from print such as posters, slide kits, leaflets; to digital, such as emails, IVAs (Interactive Visual Aids), websites etc.
  • AI Usage – You should be open to use the proprietary and approved AI tools used by our client.
  • Timeline adherence – You should comply to timelines that have been finalized and agreed during the task initiation phase.

Stakeholder Management – There is a need to collaborate with Stakeholders who will be involved in developing the end‑to‑end assets. For example – the client’s Creative and digital production team.

Additional stakeholders including the client’s Program Manager and Content Delivery Manager (aka Project Manager) and also the client’s brand team as and when required.

About you
  • Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment in promotional content development for the pharma industry (pharma marketing / health care advertising or sales / copywriting).
  • A degree / diploma in health science (medicine / pharma / biology / biosciences etc) AND / OR a degree / diploma in communications with experience of copywriting for pharma promotional marketing. Any additional marketing degree / certification / diploma will be a plus.
  • Experience with print and digital assets in pharma marketing.
