We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing engine: content, channels, campaigns, and user activation. The goal is simple: increase visibility, attract new users, and keep our existing audience engaged.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused.

What You’ll Own
Channel & Content Marketing
  • Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other channels where job seekers are active.
  • Produce simple, effective content: posts, threads, newsletters, landing copy, email sequences.
  • Keep a consistent voice and ensure our messaging is aligned with Jobgether’s value.
Growth Marketing
  • Test new tactics to increase reach, signups, and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities in communities, forums, and niches related to job search and remote work.
  • Support launch campaigns for new features and product updates.
User Activation & Retention
  • Engage our existing users with email campaigns, product updates, and lifecycle flows.
  • Contribute to in-product messaging (tooltips, notifications, onboarding prompts).
  • Work with product and data to understand activation and drop-off patterns.
Performance & Iteration
  • Track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and adjust based on results.
  • Bring insights to the team and propose next steps based on what works.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years in marketing, growth, or content roles (startup or B2C SaaS is ideal).
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, simple, engaging content.
  • Experience managing social channels and running campaigns end-to-end.
  • Comfortable with fast experimentation.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Independent, hands-on, and comfortable working remotely at a fast pace.
