A leading engineering solutions company is seeking candidates for a role focused on manufacturing and process planning. Responsibilities include creating standard work instructions, engineering change management, and using tools like SAP and CATIA. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/B Tech degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Aerospace engineering, be proficient in French, and have a strong background in manufacturing assembly sequences and process optimization. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in writing Manufacturing assembly sequence.
• Knowledge about Manufacturing and Process Planning Methods.
• Experience on Airbus Tools & Methods is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Create standard operating time / work order and instructions / technical data.
• Bottle neck analysis by observing operator time / motion and method study.
• Experience in Creating and Updating scheme of instruction (SOI Wizard).

Connaissances

Proficient in writing Manufacturing assembly sequence

Configuration expertise in Production planning module of SAP

Hands-on Experience with CATIA / UG NX

Proficient in French language

Desired Competency

Procedure (work instructions)

• Knowledge about Manufacturing and Process Planning Methods.
• Configuration expertise in Production planning module of SAP.
• Hands on Experience CATIA / UG NX or any 3D virtualization tools.
• Experience on Airbus Tools & Methods is an added advantage.
• Should be Proficient French language
• Experience in SOI, Concession, PFMEA, NC,etc..
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Create standard operating time / work order and instructions / technical data and safety aspects by video analysis of operator work.
• Bottle neck analysis by observing operator time / motion and method study.
• Engineering Change Management of work instructions by interpretation of drawing.
• Experience in Creating and Updating scheme of instruction (SOI Wizard).
• Create & Release Routing, As-Prepared BOM, Industrial Request & Configuration Management GAP, and calculate time at routing operating level.
• Create tooling Notification for specific Jigs & tools and maintenance.
• Create procedure for SAP standard Production planning and material management.
• Creating Standard Visual aid or Build Books
• Experience in SAP -PEA & PAC
