To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Manager, FP&A.

Your role :

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Pilot and coordinate the budgeting and reforecasting process for all global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments; Build financial reporting and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement; Oversee and enhance revenue streams to align with company objectives and monitor cost control measures to boost financial performance.
• Business Partnering and Analysis: Partner with top management leaders, providing analysis and strategic insights to increase impact on business performance; Actively challenge and support the business to drive performance and strategic initiatives; Provide actionable insights and recommendations to top management.
• Team and Process Management: Manage and mentor a team of 3 business controllers, ensuring effective support for key departments; Lead initiatives to automate financial processes and improve efficiency.

Your profile :

• Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or University, with a specialization in Finance
• 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
• Proficient in financial modeling
• Structured, organized, resourceful and rigorous person
• Experience with process automation and the use of advanced analytics tools
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with various departments
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
• Experience with Anaplan, NetSuite, and Alteryx is a plus
• A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence is a plus
• Fluency in French and English required, as well as exposure to an international environment
