Brady is looking for a Senior Magento / PHP Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our global ecommerce platforms. This is a senior-level role for an experienced engineer who thrives on ownership, is passionate about modern web technologies, and enjoys mentoring junior team members. As a senior contributor, you will be a key driver in shaping architecture, promoting engineering best practices, and delivering scalable, high-performance ecommerce solutions that serve our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of technical design and implementation of ecommerce solutions using PHP, Magento, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members; conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership.
• Drive improvements to code quality, scalability, and system architecture.
• Automate systems administration tasks and develop tools to streamline development workflows.
• Analyze system performance metrics and propose optimizations for better reliability and customer experience.
• Ensure uptime and performance of customer-facing services; participate in support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Champion modern development practices including DevOps, CI / CD, and cloud-native architecture.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven experience in Magento (Adobe Commerce) development.
• Excellent debugging, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with Git and experience in collaborative, version-controlled development environments.
• Experience with CI / CD systems like AWS CodePipeline or Jenkins.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.

Preferred :

• Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud / web applications.
• Contributions to open source or Magento community projects are a plus.
