Stix Collective is a hospitality-focused platform that helps bars, restaurants, cafés, clubs, and venue groups increase repeat visits and improve cash flow through a digital loyalty and prepaid-credit system.

We replace traditional points-based loyalty with prepaid value, allowing venues to generate predictable revenue while strengthening customer retention. This is a proven, easy-to-explain solution with a short sales cycle and clear deal economics.

Stix Collective is already operating in Singapore, one of the most competitive, high-cost, and operationally disciplined hospitality markets globally. If a system works in Singapore, it works anywhere.

We are looking for independent, commission-only sales representatives to acquire hospitality venues and close monthly or annual subscription contracts.

Work Format

Compensation : Commission-only

Engagement type : Independent contractor / 1099 sales partner

Location : Flexible (remote and / or field sales)

Product & Pricing Overview
Each client :

Purchases the Stix system for 800 (one-time)

Then selects a monthly or annual subscription to operate the system

This structure ensures serious buyers, lower churn, and meaningful contract values for sales representatives.

Subscription Pricing (per number of venues)
1 venue

Annual : 42 / month

Monthly : 50 / month

3 venues

Annual : 120 / month

Monthly : 140 / month

10 venues

Annual : 380 / month

Monthly : 450 / month

Commission Structure Annual Plans (Immediate Payout)

Commission is paid in full immediately once the client is activated :

1 venue 200

3 venues 500

10 venues 1,000

Monthly Plans (Recurring Payout)

Commission is paid monthly for 12 months :

1 venue 30 / month

3 venues 50 / month

10 venues 100 / month

Important : Annual contracts are strongly encouraged, as they result in instant commission payouts, while monthly plans spread commissions over time.

There are no commission caps.
