We’re hiring several liberal general practitioners f or the Mortainais’ healthcare center situated in Normandy, in northwestern France!

(The healthcare center also gather other health professionals si if your colleagues have another medical or paramedical specialization, we’re interested by their application as well!)

Seizing this opportuniy is:

• Joining a friendly, welcoming and comitted to health team of all ages and experience levels. 13 health professionals are currently on site: nurses, physiotherapists, chiropodists, osteopath and 3 other fellow general practitioners.
• Guaranteed patients: you will treat the inhabitants of the 4 interconnected communities (Mortain-Bocage, Romagny-Fontenay, Le Neufbourg and Saint-Barthélémy).
• Modern facilities, very latest equipments. The healthcare center, located in Mortain-Bocage’s village center, was unveiled on September 2022. Come and discover it in this video!
• Benefiting from a great autonomy and working hours flexibility.
• Enjoying a privileged living environment: amazing nature, all local services, many sports and cultural clubs (swimming, hiking, tennis, table tennis, climbing, music...).

Useful informations: 1h from Rennes and Caen ; 20 min. from Vire ; 50 min. from Mont-Saint-Michel and the sea.

What to expect

Your different missions will allow you to get directly involved in the improvement of the local healthcare services:

• Handling the general medicine consultations.
• Receiving patients of all ages and treat various pathologies.
• Orienting your patients towards specialized fellow health professionals when necessary.
• Updating your patients’ medical records.

You are a team of young doctors and don’t know where to start to set up as a liberal practitioner? Don’t worry, Eotim will support you 100% during the various stages, procedures and in obtaining financial aid! We will also ensure, with the healthcare team, that you are well welcomed, integrated and monitored.

Mortain-Bocage being in a ZIP («Zone d'Interventions Prioritaires» i.e. Priority Intervention Zone) you will be able to apply for CAIM («Contrat d’Aide à l’Installation des Médecins» i.e. Contract to Assist Doctors in Setting Up Practice) and a majoration by the Regional Health Agency (ARS). It is a financial aid granted once and paid in 2 installments: 50% upon installation in a fragile area and 50% after 1 year. The amount of the increased aid can be up to:

• €60,000 for a 4 days activity.
• €52,500 for a 3.5 days activity.
• €45,000 for a 3 days activity.
• €37,500 for a 2.5 days activity.

If you take part in outpatient care (up to 60 days), you can also benefit from an income tax exemption.

Finally, certain aids may be granted to you by the interconnected communities upon your arrival according to your needs and under certain conditions: moving, administrative procedures, etc.

Your profile

Registered with your country's National Medical Association, you hold a medical degree and have the liberal general practitioner status.

You like human contact and show empathy.
