Your Impact
  • You define and implement the company’s legal strategy to ensure compliance and protect corporate interests
  • You draft, negotiate, and review contracts, corporate documents, and commercial agreements
  • You oversee litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters, working with internal teams and external counsels
  • You support compliance initiatives, including GDPR, anti-corruption, and risk management programs in collaboration with Global Compliance
  • You manage and develop the French legal team, ensuring effective workflows and high-quality deliverables
  • You advise senior management and operational teams on legal risks, opportunities, and best practices
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • French qualified, Master’s degree in Business Law or International Trade Law, with 15+ years of experience in senior legal roles
  • Expertise in contract, corporate, commercial, distribution, competition, and insolvency law
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex, high-stakes legal issues
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
