Une entreprise de marketing recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de Compte pour le département RETAIL. Vous serez responsable du développement des partenariats avec les détaillants, en gérant de manière autonome un réseau de magasins. Un rôle clé pour anticiper les besoins des clients et développer des plans d'action marketing. Environnement de travail flexible avec jusqu'à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.

Qualifications

  • Expérience réussie dans la vente, de préférence dans le secteur de la grande distribution.
  • Capacité à utiliser les données pour optimiser les performances.
  • Permis de conduire de catégorie B.

The Opportunity

You will join the RETAIL department composed of 30 employees at Catalina Marketing France.

In collaboration with one or more Key Account Managers, you will implement the commercial strategy of your assigned retailer. You will report to a Key Account Senior.

Missions and Responsibilities:

  • Daily, you will secure and develop the partnership with your client retailer by independently managing your store network. In collaboration with the Customer Success Manager or Retail Expertise team, you will identify business opportunities to sustain partnerships and grow the retailer’s revenue.
  • As a true Client Partner, you will anticipate needs, strengthen relationships, and identify new key contacts to retain within your retailer’s organization.
  • You will apply the commercial coverage plan through prospecting actions, development of marketing action plans, identification, and scheduling of meetings with key stakeholders within your client’s organization.
  • You will participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the expertise and efficiency of the department.

  • Your ability to sustain the partnership and grow your client’s revenue
  • Your ability to expand your client’s activation channels
  • The number of client meetings you hold, new campaign/project proposals you put forward, and deals you close
  • Your consultative approach and your ability to champion product innovations
Qualifications
  • With a higher education background in commerce or marketing, you have successful first experience in sales, ideally in the mass retail sector as a field sales manager.
  • You have mastered sales techniques, prospecting, and possess a strong retail culture. Data inspires you, and you know how to use it to optimize your performance. These skills will be real assets for success in this role!
  • Your curiosity, listening skills, and perseverance make you a salesperson always ready to win new clients and turn every opportunity into success.
  • You are the holder of a Category B driving licence.
  • Working language: French
