  • Excellent time management and resilience under pressure.
  • Availability to travel up to 25% within the home region.

  • Guide customers through key milestones, including onboarding and deployment.
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn through customer advocacy.
  • Promote resources and communities for efficient product utilization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, resolving critical issues effectively.
  • Develop strategies to optimize renewals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships to streamline onboarding and identify upsell opportunities.
