We are looking for an IT Electrical Solution Architect , based in Saint Ouen,

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in electrical applications strategy and architecture in a cutting-edge field.

You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of Alstom’s electrical engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with global business processes and driving transformative initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, IS&T, and Operations), lead pre-studies and high-level designs, and align solutions with business strategies, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and maintaining long-term solutions roadmaps and strategies, but also proactively anticipating solution evolutions to drive Alstom’s business transformation.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensuring alignment with global business processes for Electrical Engineering solutions
• Defining and maintaining a long-term solutions roadmap and strategy
• Conducting pre-studies and delivering high-level designs
• Promoting and leading the evolution of Alstom’s Core Model
• Supporting operations teams with critical incident management
• Driving digital transformation for engineering processes
• Enabling agility and robustness in Core Model adoption
• Ensuring compatibility with technical and security patterns

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Information Technology
• More than 10 years of experience in PLM/Electrical solutions, including business/functional architecture, project management, and solution deployments
• Solid knowledge of engineering electrical business processes from industrial companies designing and manufacturing complex products
• Strong expertise in Electrical solutions (e.g., Zuken, ETAP – ideally E3Series and SEE Electrical)
• Excellent communication, efficiency, and execution abilities
• Leadership skills with a business value-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and comfortable working autonomously in an international environment
• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and resilience
