Responsabilités

• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Back Office and Front Office solutions.
• Oversee the integration of tools with global solutions.
• Contribute to strategic projects, managing risks and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support implementation of technological solutions for client projects.
• Ensure compliance of solutions with IT standards.
• Centralize responses to Security questionnaires during client RFPs.
• Provide regular reporting on progress and objectives.

missions :

• Lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of Back Office and Front Office solutions implemented by the IT & Digital teams.
• Oversee and coordinate the integration of LHH France tools with the group’s global solutions.
• Actively contribute to strategic projects : tracking deliverables, managing risks, providing reporting and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of technological solutions for certain client projects, ensuring compliance with procurement, security, and compliance processes, as well as managing external providers.
• Ensure technological compliance of solutions with the group’s IT standards, in collaboration with the IT Architecture and DevOps teams.
• Centralize and harmonize responses to Security questionnaires during client RFPs.
• Provide accurate and regular reporting on the progress of initiatives and achievement of objectives.
