A luxury fashion brand is seeking a 6-month intern to join the EMEA Buying Team starting November 2025. The role involves supporting stores with transfer requests, optimizing stock, creating performance reports, and assisting in buying sessions in Milan. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Business or Management curriculum and have experience in luxury retail.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, a first internship in the Luxury and Retail industry.
  • Must be autonomous and take initiative.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Responsabilités

  • Support stores regarding their transfer requests and management.
  • Optimize stock between stores based on performance.
  • Create weekly analysis and performance reports.
  • Conduct competitors analysis.
  • Assist in buying sessions in Milan.

Overview

MONCLER is looking for a 6 months intern, from November 2025, to join the EMEA Buying Team.

Responsibilities
  • Stores support regarding their transfer request and management
  • Stock optimization between the stores considering their performance and the alignment with the Retail Strategy
  • Weekly analysis and performance reports creation
  • Competitors analysis
  • Support for the buying sessions in Milan: analysis, buying files preparation, orders input...
Profile / Qualifications
  • Business or Management school curriculum with a first internship realized ideally in the Luxury and Retail industry
  • Autonomous and Initiative approach
  • Rigorous and analytical (advanced level of Excel is a must)
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Product sensitivity and passion for Luxury and Retail.
