Job Description

• Activities: Pilot expertise (support, industrialization, R&T, and progress) in the domain for MRO: Processes and expertise.
• Support to Excellence Poles:
  • Contribute to qualification of installations
  • Define and validate re-qualification and monitoring procedures/methods
  • Respond to technical questions, DA, and anomalies
  • Train and qualify operators
  • Participate in progress plans of excellence poles
  • Master production means
• Project leadership in domain (industrialization and R&T):
  • Manage process developments
  • Propose test plans for qualification and technical validation
  • Oversee process development on samples and initial demonstration parts
  • Write analysis and expertise reports
  • Prepare validation dossier for major process evolution
• Technical Documentation:
  • Write and update Process Instructions
  • Assist Methods in drafting Work Instructions related to processes
  • Update procedures based on evolving standards
  • Ensure PRI Nadcap data is incorporated into procedures

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing, repair, and assembly processes
• Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information
• Skills in special processes, metallurgy, metrology
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing) for communication and documentation
• Rigour, curiosity, reactivity, adaptability
• Knowledge of health, safety, and ergonomics
• Understanding of environmental and quality standards

Specificity of the job

No on-call duties; occasional travel between client sites.
