Un organisme gouvernemental français recherche un expert technique pour rejoindre son équipe à Lyon. Le poste implique le développement de spécifications, la gestion de projets et la coordination d'équipes. Qualifications

The Direction générale des finances publiques (DGFiP) is a nationwide network engaging 95,000 agents. The Agency’s mission spans tax collection, fraud prevention, accounting, financial advisory, and public expenditure management. Within DGFiP, the Directorate of Information Services (DiSI) Rhône‑Alps‑Auvergne‑Bourgogne manages the IT portfolio, with the Service Information Technology (ESI) of Lyon hosting around 155 staff. The Division 3 of the ESI Lyon oversees development, testing, and production of business applications, primarily using the DGFIP JAVA stack, across traditional and agile project models.

• Develop technical or functional specifications, and requirements documents.
• Perform expertise relative to architecture, development, and security standards.
• Code, test, validate performance, and run qualification activities.
• Lead project activities: team coordination, project piloting, organisational mastery.
• Managerial roles: project lead, quality lead, tech lead, dev lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner.
• Execute as a senior technical expert and manager, advancing functional questions.

Technical Skills

• Java 8 and above.
• Continuous integration/deployment tools (Jenkins), version control (SVN, Git).
• Ticketing & project tracking: JIRA, Bugzilla.
• Cloud/virtualisation knowledge.
• Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of application architecture, security imperatives, ergonomics standards, and code quality.
