A pharmaceutical company is looking for a Human Resources Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine to implement HR policies and manage the full employee lifecycle. This role requires strong knowledge of French labour law and proficiency in both French and English. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and collective agreement negotiation within a pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong experience in a generalist HR role ideally within an international group.
  • Autonomous, organized, diplomatic and pragmatic with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Drive performance management and training initiatives.
  • Manage personnel administration including payroll coordination.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts.

Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine

Reporting to: Chief Human Resources Officer

About the Role

As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for implementing HR policies within the French subsidiary. Acting as both an operational HR lead and business partner you will manage the full employee lifecycle support leadership decisions and ensure compliance with French labour law — all within an international environment and in close collaboration with our London headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • To be a trusted advisor to local leadership
  • Maintain constructive employee relations and manage CSE meetings and legal matters
  • Drive performance management training coordination and development initiatives
  • Manage personnel administration including contracts onboarding / offboarding payroll coordination and compliance
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts and associated processes
  • Contribute to Group-wide HR projects

  • Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in employee relations and collective agreement negotiation within a pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English (spoken and written)
