Your Role

Own the Challenge

• Deploy HSE training programs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Monitor and report on sustainability goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by tracking emerging legislation and leading action plans in line with HSE standards.
• Coordinate audits and contribute to HSE-related projects, while supporting the implementation of the site's HSE strategy.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Master's degree or engineering background in HSE or industrial / environmental risk management
• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial, mass production environment
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards; proficiency in Microsoft Office; operational level of English
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
