A leading engineering firm located in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking an HR Project & Operations Coordinator to assist the regional HR & COM team. The role entails managing HR initiatives across Asian countries and requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and experience in HR project management. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Excel, strong analytical capabilities, and a knack for creating concise reports and presentations. Fluent English is mandatory, and additional Asian languages are a valuable asset.
Its 50,000 high-level engineers carry out design and study projects for the Technical and Information Systems Departments of major industrial, telecoms and service companies.

As part of ALTEN's growth in Asia, we are looking for an HR Project & Operations Coordinator to support the regional HR & COM team.
Reporting to the Head of HR & COM Asia, you will contribute to the coordination, implementation, and improvement of HR initiatives across several Asian countries (India, China, Japan, Vietnam, etc.).
This role is ideal for someone dynamic, organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse projects.
1. HR Project Coordination (Asia Region)
Support the management and rollout of regional HR projects (onboarding, offboarding, L&D, performance management, talent development).
Help design and implement harmonized HR tools and processes across countries.
Coordinate with local HR teams, managers, and country directors to ensure project alignment.
Prepare project documentation : reports, presentations, dashboards, and progress updates.
2. HR Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data from multiple countries.
Produce dashboards (headcount, turnover, training, recruitment, etc.).
Support decision-making through insights and recommendations.
Contribute to the professionalization of the regional HR reporting framework.
3. Learning & Development Support
Assist in the creation and deployment of internal training modules (soft skills, HR processes, management basics).
Track and coordinate the execution of the regional training plan.
Support local teams on key HR topics such as onboarding, offboarding, employee journey, and L&D processes.
4. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
Contribute to internal communication initiatives (regional newsletters, internal campaigns, announcements).
Support the organization of regional events (town halls, HR workshops, seminars).
Help foster engagement and strengthen ALTEN's culture across Asian teams.
5. HR Operations Support
Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes (recruitment, L&D, mobility, admin).
Assist with the preparation of HR guidelines, playbooks, and manager support materials.
Provide support on HR compliance and internal audit projects when needed.
Technical Skills
First experience in HR and project management
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals (employee lifecycle, L&D, HR operations).
Strong analytical skills; good command of Excel / Google Sheets (PowerBI is a plus).
Ability to create clear and professional presentations (PowerPoint).
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural, multi-country environment.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and sense of priority.
Proactivity, curiosity, and a strong team spirit.
Languages
Fluent English (mandatory) - daily exchanges with several Asian countries.
Any additional Asian language is an advantage.
