A leading cryptocurrency security company in Paris is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to manage HR admin and payroll tasks. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of social law and experience with ADP's Decidium tool is required. As part of a strong growth we are currently looking for a HR operations & Payroll Specialist to join our HR & timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in France.
Within the HR department, your main mission is to ensure the HR administrative and Payroll tasks in a context of strong development. You will be at the crossroads between our recruitment teams and our HRPB team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll payments are made on time and, in collaboration with the Ops & Payroll team.
