The HR &Health Services Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling integrated health, safety, and wellbeing strategies across France and Morocco fostering a people‑centric work environment. This position partners with cross‑functional stakeholders - P&C teams, Facilities, Safety & Security, Legal, Leadership Teams and the Global Health, Safety & Well‑Being team - to embed health & safety as core elements of the employee experience and organizational success. It also plays a critical role in advancing the RUN HEALTHY framework and local legal principles throughout France and Morocco to prevent, early detect and minimize work‑related productivity loss while complying with legal requirements and organizational policies.
