Your Mission

As Head of Product, you will report to the CPTO and lead the Product organization at Witco, composed of 11 people and including Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and Product Design (UX/UI). You will own the product strategy and roadmap, ensure rigorous execution in partnership with Engineering, and maximize impact on adoption, retention, and revenue.

Your scope includes:

  • Vision & Strategy: Define an ambitious, customer‑centric product vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities (WorkTech). Translate strategy into clear OKRs and a sequenced roadmap, balancing innovation, differentiation, and product health.
  • AI as a Product Lever: Establish an AI strategy across the platform around end‑user features. Identify high‑value use cases, set evaluation standards, and ensure responsible AI practices.
  • Delivery Excellence: Operate an efficient discovery/delivery engine with high quality standards, from problem framing and solution design to production rollout and measurement of outcomes.
  • Cross‑functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data to ensure strong go‑to‑market, clear trade‑offs and consistent communication.
  • Team & Culture: Help build, coach and scale the organization with strong product management, design excellence, reliable QA, and a culture of continuous learning and impact.
Your responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and outcomes; align stakeholders and the executive team.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritization (innovation vs. core value vs. debt/compliance/performance).
  • Lead and develop Product Owners, QA, and Designers; set standards, rituals, and career paths.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch, and impact measurement.
  • Establish product quality and reliability standards with QA: test strategy, automation, regression prevention, release gates.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership on scoping, estimates, delivery plans, and production health (SLI/SLO).
  • Shape features’ packaging and launch strategy with GTM teams; ensure adoption and measurable ROI.
  • Own product compliance, privacy‑by‑design, accessibility, and security in collaboration with Legal/Security.
Your profile
  • 8+ years in product management with a proven experience in B2B SaaS, including experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams (Product, QA, Design).
  • Proven track record shipping impactful products at scale (web + mobile), with clear business outcomes.
  • Strong command of product strategy, discovery, UX, analytics, and outcome‑driven roadmapping.
  • Experience defining and launching AI‑powered features and/or implementing AI in product development workflows responsibly is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a scale‑up environment: ambiguity, prioritization, speed, ownership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Fluency in English and French.
