A fast-growing SaaS company in Paris is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead its growth strategy. You'll develop digital acquisition channels, evolve brand positioning, and build a top-tier marketing team. Ideal candidates have 5-10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, a proven ability in digital and multi-channel strategies, and are fluent in both French and English. After a year of 4.5x revenue growth and a marketing budget multiplied by 6, we’re entering a new phase of scale — across acquisition, messaging, and market expansion.
We’re now hiring a Head of Marketing to lead our next stage of growth:
someone who can own our acquisition engine, shape our brand & positioning, and build a top-tier marketing team.
You’ll work directly with the founders, the sales team, and a talented group of partners (content, growth, events). You’ll be part of the executive committee and help position Mendo as the no-brainer choice in our category — in France and beyond.
Develop and scale digital acquisition channels across segments and personas
Explore and test new acquisition paths (paid, outbound, partnerships, etc.)
Build a predictable pipeline generation engine that works with Sales
Help us expand internationally (starting with Europe, then US)
Lead the next phase of our brand and positioning
Continuously iterate on messaging across all channels and verticals
Work with Sales to align on GTM playbooks and improve conversion
Turn insights from clients into differentiated content and campaigns
Manage and grow the marketing team: content, growth, events
Work with external partners (agencies, freelancers)
Set clear KPIs and own the marketing roadmap from awareness to revenue
Share learnings across teams, with full transparency and collaboration
You’ve done it before — and want to do it again in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up
Strong across the full funnel: from positioning to pipeline to post-sales
Proven experience in digital acquisition and multi-channel strategies
Ability to build a brand that stands out in a crowded category
Hands-on with execution: CRM, campaigns, tracking, landing pages
Experience leading a team and managing external partners
Fluent in French and English
Bonus: experience targeting CIOs / digital transformation leaders
A key role with a seat at the leadership table
