Job Overview

We are looking for a technically proficient and proactive Head of Infrastructure to lead our infrastructure operations. Based in Paris, you will manage the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across systems. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers to maintain a robust and secure technology foundation.

You are a hands‑on infrastructure leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for operational excellence. You thrive in high‑performance environments, are detail‑oriented, and capable of managing both day‑to‑day technical tasks and long‑term infrastructure strategy. You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead infrastructure operations across the organization, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud services
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and uptime
• Manage service providers and ensure compliance with SLAs and security standards
• Drive automation, standardization, and documentation of infrastructure processes
• Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to support business needs
• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and capacity planning initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure operations in complex environments
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, and monitoring tools
• Experience leading infrastructure projects and coordinating with managed service providers
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
