Overview

KeyPartners is managing a confidential search for an experienced Head of Antitrust & Competition Law to be based in Paris. This senior position will carry global responsibility for antitrust and competition law matters and will report directly to the General Counsel, Europe.

This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to shape and lead the company’s strategy on complex competition law issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Competencies

• European and International Antitrust Law
• Trade Compliance
• Experience with EU and Antitrust Filings in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience in antitrust litigation
• Experience in trade law is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in another language will be considered an asset.

Education

• Degree in Law.
• US / European / UK Bar Admission would be an asset.
