About the role

At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own the paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, YouTube), and TikTok, with the mandate to test and scale new channels when relevant.

This is a hands-on role with a strategic scope. You will plan and manage campaigns in 50+ markets, optimize them daily, and use data to guide every decision. You will partner on creative production and run a clear testing cadence to improve ROI while elevating the brand. You will lead the way to strengthen our tracking and attribution across the web and app.

Your role will be structured across three key areas: Strategy & Ownership, Execution & Daily Optimisation, and Data Tracking & Reporting. You’ll bridge Marketing with the wider organization, ensuring every decision is data-informed and aligned with strategic goals.

The position is an onsite role based in central Paris.

Your mission
Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the paid growth strategy across Meta, Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, YouTube), Meta, TikTok in 50+ markets, and evaluate new channels as needed.
  • Define market priorities, channel and device mix (web vs app, Android vs iOS, mobile web vs desktop).
  • Build a structured testing roadmap for channels, audiences, and creatives.
Execution & Daily Optimisation
  • Operate the accounts hands-on. Pace budgets, adjust bids, tighten exclusions, and refresh ads daily.
  • Manage budgets day to day with clear rules for scale, pause, and reallocation by market.
  • Collaborate on creative production and own the testing plan and feedback loop: define hypotheses, set success criteria, schedule tests, share learnings, and retire weak variants quickly.
Data Tracking & Reporting
  • Use data to guide every decision. Own a clear, reliable reporting built from platform data and internal logs.
  • Implement and maintain tracking quality: UTMs, Branch deep links, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, etc.
  • Share a weekly report with tests, insights, ROI impact, brand learnings, and next moves.
About you
  • You have a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years in performance marketing for a consumer product at scale, ideally travel, marketplace, or in an agency.
  • You have hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta conversion campaigns, and TikTok performance.
  • You are fluent in English (written & spoken). French is a strong plus.
  • You possess a strong understanding of tracking and attribution. You’re comfortable with GA4, Branch, UTMs, and server-side conversions.
  • You can build clear and reliable reporting in Excel.
  • You have a creative testing mindset with an intuition for brand perception, able to brief, iterate, and scale winners without harming the brand.
  • You are an excellent communicator and team player with proven collaborative skills.
  • You are comfortable in fast-paced environments, organized, and able to deliver accurate results on close deadlines.
