As the Global Legal Counsel Senior Expert, you will play a critical role in providing legal expertise and strategic guidance across the Group in all areas of corporate law and m&a transactions. You will work closely with operational teams and all of the Group’s support functions (tax, financial control, accounting, compliance) to provide legal oversight of both ordinary and extraordinary transactions of the subsidiaries under your responsibility and to structure their governance in line with Group standards.
