  • Champion the voice of the customer across brand planning and lifecycle management.
Competitive Intelligence:
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities; deliver concise implication briefs to senior leadership.
  • Maintain a centralised intelligence repository for global teams.
Performance Analytics and KPI Framework:
  • Define and track global commercial KPIs (sales, share, omnichannel performance).
  • Develop standardised dashboards and scorecards for executive reporting.
Forecasting and Scenario Planning:
  • Own global forecasting frameworks and assumptions for in-line and pipeline assets.
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Data, Tools and Governance:

  • Implement BI tools and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) ensuring data quality and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Global, Regional, and Local teams to align insights and KPIs.
  • Drive a global insights community of practice and share best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
  • Significant years of experience in global/international Business Intelligence, Market Insights, or Commercial Analytics roles within pharmaceuticals/biotech.
  • Proven experience in market research, launch readiness, commercial excellence, and portfolio management.
  • Advanced technical skills in data analytics, dashboarding, and CRM systems
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and strong quantitative skills.
