A major customer service provider is looking for a full-time support specialist to assist French-speaking customers in Lisbon. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing documentation support, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, detail-oriented, and possess EU citizenship. In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
