TALINKO Inc. recherche un COO pour une mission de 2 à 3 ans basée à Strasbourg, avant un transfert au Canada. Le candidat idéal devra posséder au moins 15 ans d'expérience en management exécutif, un diplôme en ingénierie ou commerce, ainsi que des compétences solides en gestion d'équipe et bilinguisme en français et anglais.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 15 ans d'expérience en gestion exécutive.
• Expérience dans le domaine de la transition énergétique.
• Expérience en environnement de prestation de services.

Responsabilités

• Supervision de toutes les opérations sous la responsabilité du COO.
• S'immerger dans la culture d'entreprise pendant 2 à 3 ans.

Our client, E’NERGYS, is looking for a COO to join their team. As the CEO’s right hand, the COO is responsible for supervising all operations of the activities under his responsibility.

Please note that the position will be based in Strasbourg, France, for an estimated period of 2 to 3 years, to enable the COO to fully grasp and immerse himself in the company’s culture.

Thereafter, the role will become an integral part of the team in Canada, enabling the person to continue realizing the company’s vision for its North American development.

• University degree in engineering or commerce
• A minimum of 15 years experience in an executive management position (sales, operations, exploitation)
• Experience in the field of energetic transition/efficiency
• Experience within a service delivery environment
• Strong aptitude for team management and change management
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
