Description du poste

In order to complete our commercial team, we are recruiting an External Sales Manager France (South), to optimise the commercial structuring of our French team.

TVH is a world leader in the distribution of quality parts and accessories for material handling, industrial vehicles, construction equipment and agricultural machinery.

You will be joining a sales team made up of the General Sales Manager France, your counterpart in the North of France and the External Sales Advisors.

Role and responsibilities

As the link between the General Sales Manager and the sales team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the external sales team for which you are responsible.

You will work with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting for your area.

You will manage the regional sales managers for the South of France, thereby contributing to the development of sales.

You will analyse customer data and support the External Sales Advisors in their customer contacts to develop personalized action plans and ensure that everyone achieves their targets.

You will facilitate change by preparing the teams for the integration of new product ranges.

This position requires daily travel, including overnight trips.

You will be trained in the various ranges and tools at the Group's head office in Waregem, Belgium, then by our sales teams in the field, as well as by the internal sales team at the French head office.

You will also be supported by a manager who will be able to share the Group's values with you and delegate to you the supervision of the external sales team.

As a hands-on professional, you'll have a proven track record in sales and significant management experience.

You're looking for a challenge in a growing company where the customer is at the heart of the strategy.

Ideally, you will have a background in the spare parts industry.

You are comfortable communicating in English and taking part in working meetings within the TVH group.
