What you will do

As Events & Experiences Manager, you will report to the Events Director, under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer. Your main contribution will be the production of events to promote the brand worldwide, including retail events and VIC activations, wholesale, vernissages, and production of Acne Paper Palais Royal exhibitions and cultural events, as well as liaising with the production company for the decor of the Women's Fashion shows.

You will play a vital role in this by:

  • Coordinating in-house teams and service providers for events and fashion shows, monitoring budgets and post-event invoicing
  • Managing post-show projects : diner, after party, VIC Re-See...
  • Working closely with the CRM and VIC teams to maximize retail events
  • Coordinating and leading Acne Paper launches and events in selected markets
  • Supporting PR projects including press days, product presentations, and parties
  • Generating reports, analyses, and event spin-offs, producing project guidelines, debriefs, and analyses for improvement
  • Assisting the Events Director with strategic and budgetary presentations and monitoring competition for international events
  • Coordinating all projects in conjunction with General Managers and Regional Marketing Directors
  • Supporting Marketing, PR teams, and commercial partners to develop events abroad, supervising freelancers and agencies according to projects
  • Managing two Events & Projects Producer

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • Experience in the fashion industry
  • 5 years' experience in a company or events agency
  • International work, collaboration with agencies and suppliers
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) + other languages strongly recommended
